
1–4 years of professional backend development experience, or a strong portfolio of personal, academic, or internship projects you can walk us through. Recent graduates are welcome.
Working proficiency in at least one backend language — Go, PHP, Python, Node.js / TypeScript, or Java.
Solid SQL and relational database fundamentals (schema design, joins, indexing basics).
Good understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and API authentication (API keys, OAuth 2.0).
Comfortable with Git and working in a code-review culture.
Able to debug a problem you did not write — read logs, reproduce, isolate, and explain the cause.
English sufficient for technical discussion and written documentation with HQ teams; Russian for day-to-day work in the Vladivostok office.
Based in, or willing to relocate to, Vladivostok for an onsite role.
